Services
Emergency dry-out and the rebuild are parts of the same job — dedicated experts who already know the loss, from first extraction through the last coat of paint. Instead of coordinating multiple companies, Shield handles it all.
01 · The emergency
Extraction, drying, treatment, and the insurance submission. Standing water out, the house held still, the claim documented — then the same company stays for the rebuild. Not a mitigation vendor who pumps and leaves.

We come in, stop the source, and suck standing water out of the floors you can see and the ones you cannot.

Industrial drying until readings pass — not until it looks dry. Moisture maps travel with the job.

Category 3 extraction, sanitizing, and drying. Contaminated water is treated, not mopped.

Riser, radiator, and supply-line failures in pre-war buildings. Extract and dry the same visit.

Cellar and garden-apartment extraction after sump, drain, or seepage failures.

Street and storm water out of ground floors and cellars after a cloudburst.
02 · The house after
Same company. Dedicated experts who saw the water. Like-for-like is the default. Better — a sealed wet room, a different floor — is a written choice while the walls are still open. No second contractor to brief.

Close the path the water used. Membranes and barriers so the new finishes are not a second claim.

Subfloor first if it took water. Then hardwood, carpet, tile — as they were, or better.

Open what cannot be saved, then close the walls. Texture matched. The room looks finished, not repaired.

Cabinets, pans, fixtures. A wet room gets a membrane — not paint on wet board. Specify better while it is open.
